TemporaX does not collect direct personally identifiable information from regular visitors, except for technical browsing data (anonymized IP addresses, user agent strings, and technical session cookies) and queries entered into the AI chatbot to optimize response caching.
2. GDPR and CCPA Compliance
We strictly comply with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Users have the right to access, rectify, or delete any data relating to their developer API keys or cached chat logs by contacting our Data Protection Officer.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the collected information exclusively to ensure the stability of our Vercel Edge servers, prevent brute-force abuse of our APIs and content caches, and improve the accuracy of our natural language processing engine.
