1. Acceptance of Terms
By utilizing the TemporaX platform, its embeddable interactive widgets, or its API endpoints, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in their entirety. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must cease using our services immediately.
2. API Fair Use Policy
The free developer API tier is strictly limited to 1,000 requests per month. Bulk scraping, unauthorized data extraction, or deliberate request flooding aimed at saturating our database engine is strictly prohibited.
3. Disclaimer of Liability
While we make outstanding editorial efforts to consolidate official dates through our Knowledge Graph, TemporaX does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of the holidays published (especially late-notice decrees by local authorities). We assume no liability for commercial or financial losses resulting from scheduling errors in your organization based on our calendar data.
